Graphic Design/Branding

Pete Paquette is one of Canada’s top ranked Elvis Tribute Artists. He has also claimed numerous titles across Canada and the United States including 2-time Collingwood Elvis Festival Grand Champion, Toronto Elvis Festival Grand Champion and is ranked one of top 10 Tribute Artists in the world. In 2010, Pete retired from the competition world and started his own company, Paquette Productions. Under this company, Pete brought his portrayal of Elvis to a new level, self-producing his show, “The Elvis Concert.” In addition, Paquette Productions has produced numerous other shows, touring across Canada multiple times.

A yearly revenue goal for Paquette Productions is approximately $140,000 and the company is looking to market 2016-2017 shows to the masses, both in Ontario, British Columbia and the Maritimes. This includes generating excitement around Pete’s upcoming performances and highlighting the diverse shows through posters, newspaper and web advertisements, commercials and radio spots. The company will also benefit from a branding package including a logo, business card, a new website, letterhead and envelop design, assisting the company in its business side. To match Pete’s charisma, energy, moves and voice, an innovative and just as exciting marketing campaign and branding package is essential.

My Role: Designer

My role was a designer for websites, online advertisements and print work. I designed several iterations of the company website, created their branding and marketing materials, designed all online and print advertisements and filmed/created promo videos. I was the Lead Designer and often worked with (and lead) designers at venues and newspapers that the company worked with.

Update: January 2019

Paquette Productions has a revamped website for 2019. Since I am no longer an employee of the company, I acted as a visual/ux consultant for the redesign. I reviewed the site and provided some input and feedback.
